Some of the most prominent porn supplier said they would start packing their sex toys and leave the Porn if the Government really take with the nascent efforts to police their film sets and order that each actor will be equipped with a condom.
That effort took a serious leap forward Tuesday when the Los Angeles City Council voted 9-1 to give final approval to a rule that would deny permission to film producer who does not comply with the requirements of condoms. A measure now goes to the Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa for approval.
Before the measure can be applied, however, the Council has called for the establishment of a Committee consisting of a police officer, city attorney, State health officials and others to determine how it might be implemented.
