Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to help homeowners who are struggling to make the monthly mortgage payment.
On January 25, 75 “team members home retention” will hold a workshop at the Convention Center to provide advice and accepted the decision about the loan modification. The workshop was the first of three upcoming workshops in Southern California.
“Wells Fargo wants our customers to succeed financially and assist struggling borrowers find the right choice so that families can stay in their homes in this difficult economy is a top priority,” is a statement from Diana Stauffer, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage senior vice president and regional Director that serves to California. “This Workshop provide Wells Fargo and Wachovia home mortgage customers, who are faced with the challenge of payment, the opportunity to meet face-to-face with specialists in the maintenance of the House to explore and discuss the options available to them.”
In July 2011, Wells Fargo, the biggest lender in the country, agreed to pay $ 85 million settlement after the civil charges were filed stating the bank promoted high interest loans during the housing boom and falsifying loan documents.
The workshop will be held on 25 January in Hall E convention center from 9 am to 7.
